Selected recent news from the UK's conduct regulator: 

On 16 December, the FCA published Occasional Paper 24 Behaviour and Compliance in Organisations and Occasional Paper No. 25: Incentivising compliance with financial regulation. The FCA continue to look at behavioural economics when developing supervisory measures and these papers both look at the oft-repeated theme of culture.  

On 14 December, the FCA published CP16/42 "Reviewing the funding of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)" setting out a range of options for changing funding and coverage.
