OAC are proud to announce that we have joined 121 other firms in signing the HM Treasury 'Women in Finance Charter' which commits the firms to achieve gender parity at all levels and build a more balanced and fair financial services industry.
Christiane Perera, Head of People and Development at OAC, said:
“To put it simply, we all know and research shows us, it is more difficult for women to achieve senior management, board and executive level roles. OAC welcomes the opportunity to join other signatories in working towards a shared goal in creating an environment where diversity, equality and inclusion for all exists naturally within our cultures.”
As part of our pledge, OAC will set targets to ensure our ongoing commitment to gender diversity, especially in senior management roles. Achieving these targets will be the responsibility of our CEO, and progress will be published on our website.
