Rebecca is an experienced Consultant who originally joined OAC in 1998 to carry out the loss assessment of mis-sold personal pensions. She returned to OAC in 2015 to manage and deliver investment, pension complaints and business review work on behalf of our clients. During the intervening years, Rebecca broadened her skills and experience, first at Bacon & Woodrow (now Aon Hewitt), then at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) where she spent 8 years and progressed to the role of Compensation Manager. She has pension consultancy experience in independent trustee work, relationship management in connection with bulk annuity buy-outs and management of SIPPs and SSASs.
In addition to her in-depth knowledge of Final Salary Pension schemes gained in her 32-year career in the pensions industry, Rebecca has completed ‘Prince2 – Introduction’ to enhance her skill in project management and service delivery.
Outside of work, in addition to her busy family life, Rebecca enjoys a broad range of hobbies and interests, which include riding pillion on scooters, listening to 60's soul music, visiting antique and vintage clothes shops, walking her dog and knitting.
