Karen has over 35 years' experience in the field of Administration. Twenty of those years is in Office and Financial Management within voluntary and public sectors.

Karen is responsible for organising, managing and coordinating OAC's office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Her primary aim is providing a high-quality service to support her colleagues, both client facing and operations, to ensure that they can provide the best possible service.

Outside of work, Karen engrosses herself in her new hobby of vegetable gardening, is a keen DIY enthusiast, walks her Jug (that's a dog!), and has been known to score the occasional 180!
