Endowment Mortgage Review

OAC offers a complete Endowment Mortgage Redress Expert System enabling our users to carry out loss assessment calculations for their Endowment Mortgage review cases. This is particularly cost effective for firms who have a sizeable number of review cases requiring loss assessment, compared to outsourcing the loss assessment calculations to a third party.

The Endowment Mortgage Redess Expert system uses the RU89 basis as set out in the DISP section of the FSA Handbook along with OAC’s understanding of the FOS standard practice when performing EMR calculations.

The calculator holds historic interest rates for more than 80 of the common lenders.
