Our large insurance company client urgently requires two contractors for Solvency II roles: Senior Manager and Analyst.
- Senior Manager requirements - degree plus recognised actuarial qualification, and appropriate business experience of risk and capital management. Should have significant experience in one or more of the following areas: economic risk and capital management, MCEV, strategic planning; up-to-date knowledge of latest developments in insurance regulation (eg FSA and CEIOPS papers).
- Analyst requirements - Trainee Actuary or mathematical/statistical graduate with financial risk qualification. Should have experience of insurance industry, and experience in economic capital models or MCEV.

Our client is urgently looking for a senior student or newly qualified actuarial contractor with experience in Product Development.
Three main areas of work will include:
- pricing;
- product design; and
- illustration system - preparing illustrations - maybe some system development.
Product type is variable annuities. Some IT experience will be useful in Excel and Prophet. |
