We provide a wide range of services to the financial services industry and associated businesses. OAC was established in 1994 and has become a leading supplier of expert advice and services within its markets. These services draw upon the vast experience and knowledge of its employed and qualified actuarial, accountancy and compliance staff.
During this period we have provided professional assistance to over half of the top 20 firms of solicitors in London and many provincial firms both large and small.
Most work involves civil matters but OAC has also acted in criminal matters.
OAC are acknowledged experts in the identification of an appropriate approach to, and the calculation of, financial loss and redress or compensation.
OAC is able to provide a pool of experienced professional staff who are able to take instructions to act as an Expert Witness on a comprehensive range of matters involving disputes arising within the financial services and pensions industry. We are happy to act on behalf of large institutional clients, smaller companies, partnerships or individual private clients.
We are also happy to provide advice where disputes arise involving personal financial matters.
OAC will take instructions over a range of actions from the provision of preliminary reports (providing opinions and advice), to being appointed to act as an Expert Witness and providing a full Court Report (in the required format) and attending Court where required.
Similarly, where required, OAC is happy to take instructions to provide evidence to a tribunal.
