Training

Our training package is multifaceted and starts from day one with introductory training at your home base, enabling you to communicate and work effectively with the OAC team from your very first day.

Subsequent training is very much geared to individual's needs, and includes:

• mentoring;
• on the job training;
• access to a pool of experience and knowledge;
• attending internal and external training courses; and
• attending conferences, seminars and workshops, as part of your profession's Continued Professional Development requirements.
