OAC is a large, innovative and flexible actuarial consultancy and has been operating as a "virtual" company since its inception in 1994.
Our salaried staff all use their home as their work base and are located around the United Kingdom. Staff are supported by a highly developed and secure IT infrastructure, which provides effective facilities for internal communication, knowledge exchange and teamwork.
Our approach to teleworking has been recognised as "one of the most impressive teleworking offices" by a panel of 22 judges at The National eWell-Being Awards 2006/2007, who announced OAC as winners of the "Better Ways of Working" category.
We are keen to adopt "Best Practice" in all we do and have gained the Investor in People accreditation and the Mark of Excellence from Work Wise UK. The Work Wise UK Standard recognises the adoption and deployment of smarter and more flexible working practices.
