Endowment and pension mortgages

OAC has its own endowment mortgage loss calculator that calculates loss on the basis normally directed by FSA or FOS and can be adapted to the basis normally laid down for pension mortgages. OAC can calculate for both the compensator or the investor who was mis-sold.

If agreed by both parties we can accept a joint instruction but otherwise would only act for the first to make a formal request from OAC.
